Processing Activities
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and only in connection with activities necessary to operate our law firm, which focuses on immigration law, social law, and family and inheritance law cases.
Communication with Potential Clients
When you contact us for legal advice or information about our services, we process your personal data to
respond to your inquiry. We typically collect the following general information:
- Full name
- CPR number (if you wish to open a case with us)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Any other information you voluntarily provide in your message
Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to your
inquiry.
Retention period: We delete your information once it is clear whether you wish to
proceed with our assistance, unless there is a specific reason to keep it longer.
When You Become a Client
When we enter into an agreement to handle your case, we process and store the personal data necessary
to manage your case responsibly and provide the agreed legal services. This includes:
- Name, address, and contact information
- Case-related data (such as documents on finances, legal matters, or other sensitive information)
Personal data is stored securely and treated confidentially in accordance with applicable data
protection regulations. Only authorized personnel have access to the information, and all data is
handled with appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (necessary for the performance of a contract) and
Article 9(2)(f) (necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims).
Retention period: Once the case has been concluded and all matters settled, the
information is retained in accordance with applicable law (e.g., the Accounting Act) and is subsequently
deleted.
Bookkeeping
We collect and store accounting records such as invoices and similar documentation for bookkeeping
purposes, which may include general personal data (e.g., name, address, and service descriptions).
Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(c) — necessary to comply with legal obligations.
Retention period: Data is kept for at least 5 years plus the current financial year,
in accordance with Danish bookkeeping law.
Data Processors
We use the following external data processor to ensure security and efficiency in our data processing:

We enter into data processing agreements with all our sub-processors to ensure your data is protected. It remains our responsibility to ensure your personal data is handled properly and securely.

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless it is necessary for your case (for example, with courts, authorities, or opposing parties) or where we are legally required to do so.
